ESSAY WRITING (TASK 2)

This is the easy way to organise your mind when you start wirting essay in English Placement Test (EPT). Firstly, you must knoe that wiritng essay has to consist of 250 words, and supposedly you write with this combination: 30 words in first paragraph, 100 words in body paragraph one, 100 words in body paragraph 2, and 20 words in conclusion.

First paragraph
1. General Statement
2. Bridging Sentence
3. Thesis statement

Second Paragraph (body paragraph 1 with main idea 1)
1. Main idea/topic sentence
2. Supporting sentence
3. Supporting sentence
4. Closing sentence

Third Paragraph (body paragraph 2 with main idea 2)
1. Main idea/topic sentence
2. Supporting sentence
3. Supporting sentence
4. Closing sentence

Fourth paragraph
1. Thesis paraphrased
2. Opinion/recommendation/strong statement
